The ongoing legal battle between rappers Kao Denero and Famous has intensified, with Famous officially filing a criminal summons against Kao due to an alleged assault incident. This new development marks a significant escalation in their public vendetta, which has drawn considerable attention from fans and media alike.

During a recent court hearing, Famous was present to address the allegations, while Kao Denero failed to appear. This absence raised questions, prompting Kao’s legal team to explain that he experienced a medical emergency earlier that morning. They reported that he was admitted to the 34 Military Hospital in Freetown for treatment.

The court, acknowledging Kao’s situation, has granted an extension until Monday, July 21, 2025. During this time, Kao’s legal team must submit medical evidence to support his inability to attend the hearing.

The rift between Famous and Kao Denero began when Famous made serious allegations against Kao, claiming that he had been attacked with a pistol, among other accusations.
