The Director General of the National Petroleum Regulatory Authority, Brima Baluwa Koroma, is currently participating in the ongoing TICAD-2025 conference in Japan. on Thursday,21st August 2025.

The plenary session was officially opened yesterday, August 20th, 2025, by H.E. Ishiba Shigeru, Prime Minister of Japan.

TICAD-2025 is focused on the promotion of Japan-African partnership through development. The session is co-chaired by Japan and Angola with several Heads of States across Africa, including Ghana, Nigeria, South Africa, Kenya, Algeria, Zimbabwe, Mozambique, Guinea, Senegal, Lesotho, Botswana, and many more.
