The Bai Bureh Heritage Foundation (BBHF) is preparing to celebrate outstanding service and visionary leadership with the 8th Edition of its renowned Service Delivery Awards this December.

Over the years, the awards have become a hallmark of recognition for individuals, institutions, and organizations driving positive change across Sierra Leone through innovation, dedication, and exceptional service.

This year, the milestone edition will honor 60 remarkable service providers whose contributions have fostered national growth and inspired excellence across both public and private sectors.

Since its inception, the awards have upheld transparency and merit, earning widespread respect among citizens and stakeholders. Nominees are selected through a comprehensive process involving public review, open nominations, impact assessments, and evaluation by an independent committee.

The 2025 awards also carry a unique touch, featuring custom-designed trophies from China engraved with winners’ names, award categories, and the logos of BBHF and its lead partner, the Sierra Leone Civil Aviation Authority (SLCAA).

The grand ceremony will take place on Saturday, 13th December 2025, at the Port Loko District Council Conference Hall, with top government officials, private sector leaders, civil society representatives, and community members expected to attend.

Through these awards, BBHF continues to foster a culture of integrity, hard work, and innovation, shining a spotlight on Sierra Leone’s change-makers.
