Aid4Ummah Charity Organization Sierra Leone, on 2nd October 2025, provided financial assistance to more than 115 Imams at the country’s largest mosque in Macdonald Village, Western Area Rural.

Each Imam received NLe 3,000, in what the organization described as a gesture of support for religious leaders and a demonstration of its commitment to promoting community welfare.

Aid4Ummah, a non-profit entity dedicated to humanitarian services, unity, and community development, noted that supporting Imams is vital to strengthening faith, encouraging social cohesion, and ensuring that religious leaders continue to guide their communities in matters of faith and morality.

The organization further emphasized that charity not only assists those in need but also fosters blessings, unity, and the spirit of generosity within society.
