On October 1st and 2nd, 2025, Orange Sierra Leone hosted its annual Compliance and Ethics Days, reinforcing its commitment to transparency, ethical conduct, and responsible governance.

The forum brought together regulators, partners, consumers, and employees to strengthen the company’s compliance culture.

Chief Commercial Officer, Madam Haffie Haffner, addressed suppliers and service providers, underscoring the need for compliance to be embedded across all operations.

She highlighted the importance of a strong Code of Conduct, ongoing employee training, and a zero-tolerance approach to corruption.

CEO Sekou Amadou Bah emphasized the role of leadership in driving compliance excellence and noted that Orange Sierra Leone was ranked 5th out of 17 companies in the latest compliance performance assessment.
