The Sierra Leone Police (SLP) have declared Mohamed Lamin Yafah wanted in connection with an alleged case of fraudulent conversion involving the sum of Seventy-Five Thousand United States Dollars (US $75,000).

According to a statement issued by the Criminal Investigation Department (CID), Mr. Yafah is believed to have unlawfully converted the said amount and has since evaded arrest. The police have launched a nationwide manhunt to locate and apprehend him.

Members of the public are urged to assist law enforcement authorities with any information that may lead to his arrest. Anyone who sights or has knowledge of the whereabouts of Mohamed Lamin Yafah is encouraged to contact the CID Headquarters on Pademba Road, Freetown, or report to the nearest police station.
