The minority leadership in the Sierra Leone Parliament today presented a seasonal hamper to the Commissioner General of the National Revenue Authority (NRA) as a gesture of goodwill in celebration of the festive season.
Presenting the gift on behalf of the Minority Leader, Minority Whip Hon. Abdul Karim Kamara explained that the gesture was intended to express appreciation for the NRA’s dedication to efficient revenue collection and its critical role in supporting national development.
The hamper, containing a variety of seasonal goods, symbolized goodwill and reinforced the collaborative relationship between Parliament and the NRA.
In her remarks, the Commissioner General highlighted the importance of collaboration and mutual respect in advancing Sierra Leone’s economic goals. She expressed hope that such gestures would continue to strengthen the partnership and shared commitment to national progress.
While receiving the gift, she also acknowledged the support and encouragement of the Parliamentary minority leadership.
