The All People’s Congress (APC), through its Internal Elections Management Committee (IEMC), has officially invited credible institutions and party stakeholders to express interest in observing the APC Internal Elections 2026.

The elections, which will be conducted at all levels including ward, constituency, district, regional, diaspora, special organs, affiliate bodies, and the National Delegates Conference are open to observation by a range of eligible parties.

These include international development partners, the Political Parties Regulation Commission, the APC Elders’ Council, APC affiliate groups, National Elections Watch, as well as APC honorary patron and foundation members not contesting in the elections.

Interested observers must submit their applications exclusively through the official Observer Accreditation Form issued by the IEMC. Only vetted and accredited applicants will be allowed to monitor the elections. Accredited observers are expected to adhere strictly to the APC Constitution (March 7, 2022), the Elections Rules and Regulations 2026, and the IEMC Elections Manual, and they must submit a report at the conclusion of their observation. Accreditation may be revoked for any breach of compliance.

The deadline for submission of completed accreditation forms is Friday, 30th January 2026.

In its notice, the APC IEMC reaffirmed its commitment to credible, transparent, and democratic internal elections and welcomed observer participation to strengthen confidence in the electoral process.
