The Sierra Leone Football Association (SLFA) has officially opened the second phase of the player transfer window for the 2025/26 football season, effective Monday, February 2, 2026.
In a press release issued on Monday, the SLFA said the transfer window applies to Premier League clubs, both male and female, and will remain open until Monday, March 2, 2026.
The football governing body has called on clubs, players, licensed agents, and other relevant stakeholders to take note of the timeline and ensure that all player transfers and registration activities are carried out strictly within the approved period.
The SLFA stressed that any transfer activity conducted outside the stipulated window will not be recognised, as the association continues efforts to promote professionalism and compliance with football regulations in Sierra Leone.
The opening of the second transfer window provides clubs with an opportunity to strengthen their squads ahead of the latter stages of the 2025/26 football season.
