The Government of Sierra Leone, through the Ministry of Lands, Housing and Country Planning, has invited sealed bids from eligible suppliers for the supply, installation, and configuration of computer hardware and supportive facilities to enhance the operation of the Land Management Information System (LMIS).
The initiative is part of the government’s ongoing efforts to modernize land administration and improve service delivery through digital systems. The LMIS is expected to streamline processes, strengthen transparency, and provide efficient access to land-related information for citizens and institutions.
Interested suppliers are required to submit sealed bids in accordance with instructions provided by the Ministry. The procurement process will follow government regulations to ensure fairness, transparency, and accountability.
Officials note that modernizing the LMIS is a key step toward strengthening land governance, improving record management, reducing administrative bottlenecks, and fostering investor confidence in Sierra Leone’s land administration system.
