The Ministry of Gender and Children’s Affairs (MoGCA) has successfully conducted a training workshop for partners across all 16 districts in the four regions of Sierra Leone on the e-referral pathway online portal.

According to the ministry, this initiative underscores its commitment to strengthening coordination among service providers nationwide, ensuring that support services remain accessible, efficient, and consistently updated.

Furthermore, the platform is designed to streamline and track services provided to survivors of Sexual and Gender-Based Violence (SGBV).

The e-referral portal enables real-time tracking of services delivered by partners across every district, promoting accountability and enhancing data-driven decision-making.

Additionally, during the training, participants were equipped with practical knowledge on how to effectively use the system, understand its functionality, and manage service data within the portal.

Finally, the Ministry and its partners reaffirmed their commitment to sustaining quality SGBV service delivery, strengthening referral pathways, and improving data management systems to better support survivors across the country.
