The Union of Musicians All-Stars Sierra Leone (ALL-STARS) has officially released its proposed interim organisational structure as part of broader efforts aimed at strengthening governance, improving administrative efficiency, and promoting inclusive representation within the country’s music industry.
According to the public notice issued by the Union, the interim leadership will serve for one year before transitioning into a full electoral process to install a permanent executive.
The Union stated that the structure is designed to support ongoing reform initiatives and enhance coordination across national and regional artist bodies.
At the helm of the interim arrangement is C Bolt, who will serve as Chairman of the Union.
The Secretariat will be headed by Secretary General Fantacee Wiz, who will oversee daily administrative coordination.
In the Finance Department, Camouflage has been appointed Financial Controller.
The Organising Department will be led by Organising Secretary 4Yoh, supported by Assistant Organising Secretary Snooptee, who also serves as President of the Eastern Artist Union.
The Union has appointed Nega Don as Auditor, while Vida will serve as Treasurer.

To enhance grassroots coordination, several Regional Coordinators have been named to serve as key links between the Union and district-based artist unions.
They include:
Moris Kay – Kenema Region
Step G – Bo Region
Jay Tee – Makeni Region
The interim structure also includes two major standing committees tasked with governance and welfare responsibilities.
The Constitution Review Committee will oversee constitutional reforms and alignment of governance frameworks. Its members include Sir Wahid, Daddy Saj, Base Aphonix, K Man Ceejay Yok 7 Succulent, Manzu, Daddy Ish, and Secretary General Fantacee Wiz.

The Welfare Committee, responsible for supporting member welfare initiatives, comprises Papa Klass, Samza, Sleeze, Innocent I-Tribe M2, Famous, Shaddy Baby, Menace De General, Terror D, and Arkman.
The Administrative Assistants include Bulls, White Boy, and Wahab.

The Union emphasized that the interim structure reflects a coordinated framework aimed at promoting transparency, accountability, and effective representation across Sierra Leone’s music ecosystem, as it prepares for democratic elections at the end of the transitional period.
