The Old Edwardians Association (OEA) has announced the appointment of a new Executive to lead Old Edwardians FC into the 2026/2027 football season, as the historic club seeks to build on its proud legacy spanning more than a century.
The newly appointed Executive, effective immediately, comprises Commissioner Richard Hindolo Senessie as Chairman, Manfred Peters as Team Manager,
Edward Bockarie as Technical Director I, and Amidu Koroma as Technical Director II.
Edwin Peters has been appointed Secretary, with Alic Mutar Kanu serving as Assistant Secretary. Pst. Rufus Kamara will take up the position of Financial Secretary, while Ibrahim Bobson Dumbuya and Abdulai Sankoh will serve as Public Relations Officers I and II respectively. Ryan Obafemi Macauley has been appointed Media Officer.
The Old Edwardians Association will oversee the club’s administration, guiding its operations, governance and strategic direction as Old Edwardians FC builds on its century-long legacy of footballing excellence and community pride.
The appointment follows a hard-fought 2025/2026 season in which the club secured a commendable fifth-place finish. The result reflected the resilience, discipline and team spirit that have characterised Old Edwardians FC across generations.
As the club looks ahead to the new season, the leadership change signals a renewed commitment to strengthening its administrative and organisational foundations while positioning the team for greater success.
Commenting on the appointment, Club Chairman Commissioner Richard Hindolo Senessie described Old Edwardians FC as more than a football club, but a heritage, brotherhood and symbol of what dedication and community can achieve over a century.
He expressed confidence that the new Executive would bring renewed energy and structure to the club’s administration as it sets its sights on greater heights in the 2026/2027 season.
Team Manager Manfred Peters also welcomed the opportunity to continue serving the club, saying his focus would be on strengthening its administrative foundation, supporting the players and technical team, and ensuring Old Edwardians FC competes at the level its rich history demands.
