Statistics Sierra Leone has issued a press statement informing all field staff of the 2021 Mid-Term Census who have completed and synced their data that payment of remaining allowances will commence on Monday 25th April 2022.
The release which was dated 22nd April further encourages field staff to check with their banks from Thursday 28th April.
Statistics Sierra Leone further expresses appreciation to the government of Sierra Leone which has remitted funds through the ministry of Finance, the funds for the remaining field allowances to be paid.
However, the institution caution staff that payment will be prioritized if field staff meet the following criteria.

1)Synced all their to the servers to guarantee 100% work Completion:
(2) Submission of statistic gadgets to their tablets and power banks)
(3) Submission of their full Bank details including correct BBAN
The release concluded by encouraging all other field staff who have either not submitted their details and/or have yet to return their power banks to be strongly advised to do so on or before Friday, May 2022.
