The winner between Sierra Leone and Cape Verde will have to battle with Mali.
The first and second leg matches are to be played in July 2022.
Chan is the competition which brings together players who compete in their respective domestic league.
Morroco is the current defending champion after defeating Mali in the final of the 2021 edition staged in Cameroon.
