EDSA Notifies Customers of Electricity Outage

Kamara The Management of Electricity Distribution and Supply Authority in a public notice has informed its customers that it has received a letter from its sister Company, Electricity Generation and Transmission Company stating that the operations and Maintenance Contractor ‘Webuild’ will embark on maintenance activity at Kingtom Substation, Freetown 161.
The purpose of the maintenance it says is to enhance power evacuation and stability to the wider public.
The notice states that residents of Freetown will experience power outage on Sunday 10th July, 2022.
The Authority express i apology for the inconvenience this situation will cause to its numerous customers and further assures them that immediately work is completed, improved power supply will recommence.
The notice ends by thanking their valued customers for their patience and understanding as they seek to serve them better.
