After eliminating the Blue Sharks of Cape Verde , the National Home-basedΒ football Team is set to face Mali in the Second Rounds of the 2022 CHAN Qualifiers Western zone A.
All ties are slated to be played over two legs , With the winner on aggregate qualify for the CHAN Championship in Algeria. The first leg is set to take place on 26-28 August
Algeria, already qualified as the host nation, the final tournament is scheduled to be played in Algeria from the 8th-31st January 2023.
The CHAN tournament is organised every two years by the Confederation of African Football ( CAF) for only Players who play in the domestic Championship of their country of Origin.
