Leone Stars of Sierra Leone has been ranked 25th in Africa and 113th in the latest monthly ranking released by the Federation of International Football Association (FIFA) on Thursday morning.
Senegal tops the African chart followed by Morroco, Tunisia, Nigeria, Cameroon, Egypt, Algeria Mali, Cote d’ Ivoire and Burkina Faso.
There were no changes in the top 10 in the World as Brazil, Belgium, Argentina, France, England, Spain, Italy, Netherlands, Portugal, and Denmark maintained their spots.
Sierra Leone is expected to be in action in January against SaoTome and Principe following postponement of the AFCON Qualifiers from September to January 2022.
