On the 3rd November, Orange Sierra Leone CEO, Sekou Amadou Bah celebrated his 43rd Birthday with Staff of the Telecommunications Company.

The celebration came at a time he is approaching 1 year in office as Cheif Executive Officer. A majority of the staff in the company extend wishes to their Boss, whom many have described as somebody who is down to earth with people.

CEO Bah was introduced on Wednesday, March 2, 2022 as the new Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Orange Sierra Leone.

The announcement was made as the company review it executive structure and opened its new refurbished office to deliver on it ambition.

Sekou Amadou Bah has said that he is committed to invest, accelerate digital transformation and Social and financial inclusion in the country. A commitment which he is achieving through Orange digital penetration.

Until his coming to Sierra Leone Mr. Bah had served as the CEO of Orange Money Congo (DRC) and Managing Director of Orange Finances Mobiles Guinée SA.

Sekou is a dynamic and highly experienced leader with a deep understanding of the telecommunications industry.

Currently he is versatile in several skills, including leadership, change management, management of direct & indirect distribution networks, customer relations, Audit, risk management, Fraud & revenue insurance, compliance & internal controls, expertise in Telecommunications and management of large and complex projects and inclusive finance.

He has a strong track record of building and integrating finance functions, solving complex business problems through strong business partnering, leading the delivery of significant business transactions, and providing key financial insights to support commercial decision-making.

As the fast-paced world of telecommunications and technology requires an agile, responsive, and pioneering leadership approach, Sekou has been able to define, design and shaping a future-fit leadership model, leveraging his extensive experience and expertise to achieve his digital transformation vision
