Sierra Leone’s president, Julius Maada Bio has revealed that he was filled with nostalgia visiting his former primary school, the Roman Catholic Holy Trinity Primary School in Pujehun district, earlier today.

The president expressed his emotions in a post shared on Twitter.

Check out his post below:

I was filled with nostalgia visiting
my former primary school, the Roman Catholic Holy Trinity Primary School in Pujehun today. It was at this school that I took the Common Entrance Examinations for Secondary Schools.
As I toured the school, I could see my young self in these boys, filled with hopes and dreams for a bright future. My visit to the school was to inspire the students to focus on their education and reaffirm our commitment to providing free and quality education in Sierra Leone.
Education is truly the key to unlocking human potential. Wishing all our students across the nation a productive academic year.”
