Regional Police Commander (South), AIG Brima Kanneh has on Thursday 27th July, 2023 officially commissioned the start work and turning of the sod for the construction of the three (3) female cells rooms, and a holding centre at the Bo West Police Division.

He called on all and sundry to ensure the completion of the cells, thus as a project in one month; and urged the contractors to put their best efforts and work within the design specifications to be beyond reproach.

The said facility will help to decongest the already existing cells at both Bo East and West Divisions, respectively.

In clarity, the Police Commander has shown how much he loves the police job and the people of the Southern Region within this short time since he was transferred as Regional Commander.

“I want to use this opportunity on behalf of the Police Commissioner to thank and appreciate all police officers and extensively the people of Bo for the laudable support accorded to me, which has made me happy to work in the South as the Regional Commander and that my actions and aspirations for the South have been to transform the institution into an enviable Force For Good,” he submitted.

He was happy to turn the sod and to write the history of what is about to happen to our Region and Bo West Division in particular.

Several other projects undergone by Police Commander Kanneh have been successful which has ranked him as one of the best leaders in the Police Force.
