A tragic road accident occurred today along the Bo–Kenema Highway at Bandejum Village, located approximately half a mile from Bo City, resulting in the loss of several lives.
According to eyewitness accounts, a fuel tanker traveling towards Bo collided with a taxi coming from Kenema. The taxi was carrying *seven* passengers, including the driver, at the time of the crash.
Reports indicate that all occupants of the taxi tragically lost their lives, including the driver. The bodies of the deceased have been transported to the Bo Government Hospital Mortuary for further procedures and identification.
Meanwhile, the driver of the fuel tanker is reportedly missing, and his whereabouts remain unknown as authorities continue their investigations into the circumstances surrounding the accident.
