17-Year-Old Girl Sets Mother’s House Ablaze Over Warning to Stop Affair With Multiple Men
Sahid Bangura Fanta Umaru, a resident of Bottom Mango, Tongoh, Kenema District of Sierra Leone has bitterly narrated a devastating incident involving her 16-Year-Old daughter, Bintu, who burnt down her house for persistently advising her to stop having affairs with different men within the community.
The mother confirmed that, prior to the incident, her daughter had made a threatening remark of burning down her house if she does not stop interfering with her relationship life and allow her to continue with her affairs with men.
In her statement, she asserted that her daughter, Bintu, has been serially having affairs with different men within the community, for which she said, she advised her to desist from such attitude in order not to create a problem for herself.
“Indeed she has burnt down my house. When she was saying it, I thought it was a joke,” the heavy-hearted mother cried out bitterly, as she stares at her blazing home.
Fanta continued, “this afternoon, I when I was going to the market to buy some goods, I saw her taking her bag outside, and she said to me that nobody will sleep in the house today, that she will put the house down, but I thought she was just joking, not knowing that it was not a joke.”
Fanta, in her concluding statement confirmed that Bintu is her biological daughter, poising curiosity around the bystanders, pondering if a daughter can do such a thing to her real mother.
