Man Receives 40-Year Prison Sentence For Aggravated Robbery
Mohamed Aruna Justice Alhaji Momoh-Jah Stevens (JA) has handed down a 40-year prison sentence to Abdul Kargbo, a 44-year-old motor mechanic also known as Jarlla.
Kargbo pleaded guilty to the crime of robbery with aggravation.
The details of the offense state that between the 20th and 23rd of May 2022, in the Western Area of Freetown, Kargbo conspired with an unidentified individual to commit the felony of robbery.
Armed with a black gun, they forcefully robbed Mary Bangura of her wedding ring and other belongings valued at a total of Le11m.
