The National Commission for Social Action (NaCSA), through its Promotion of Pro-Poor Growth for Peace Consolidation and Youth Empowerment (GPCYE) Programme, has commenced the rehabilitation of the MOY 03 2027 Njama–Manor Feeder Road (Segment III) in Moyamba District.
According to project details displayed at the site, the rehabilitation work officially commenced in May 2027. The project is being implemented by NaCSA in partnership with the Moyamba District Council, with Tradesman Investment serving as the contractor.
The initiative is a Government of Sierra Leone development project implemented by NaCSA and co-financed by the German Financial Cooperation through KfW Development Bank.

The rehabilitation of the feeder road is expected to improve transportation access for farmers, traders, schoolchildren, and other road users travelling between Njama and Manor communities.
Improved road connectivity is also expected to support agricultural activities, enhance local trade, facilitate the movement of goods and services, and contribute to socio-economic development in the beneficiary communities.
Residents have expressed optimism that the project will reduce travel time, improve access to essential services, and enhance livelihoods through better road infrastructure.
