Orange Sierra Leone and Orange Money SL joined government institutions, regulators, and other key stakeholders at a consultative workshop held from 18 to 19 August 2026 to develop and validate Sierra Leone’s National Roadmap to Combat Mobile and Digital Fraud.
The workshop was led by the Honourable Minister of Communication, Technology and Innovation Salima Monorma Bah in collaboration with the National Communications Authority (NatCA), Financial Intelligence Agency (FIA), Parliamentary Committee on Information and Communication Technology, Bank of Sierra Leone, National Cybersecurity Coordination Centre, National Civil Registration Authority (NCRA), mobile money operators, telecommunications operators, civil society organisations, government agencies, and private sector stakeholders.
