Personnel of the Sierra Leone Police deployed at the Ngelehun Checkpoint in the Bo East Division on Thursday, 14th May 2026, intercepted a vehicle travelling along the Koribondo–Pujehun–Jendema route.
During a routine search, officers arrested one Abu Bakarr Sesay, popularly known as “Gaza”, after he was allegedly found in possession of eight ounces of suspected kush concealed in black plastic wraps.
The suspect and the recovered exhibits have been handed over to the police for further investigation.
