5 Hard core criminals including an alleged international drugs dealer, Didi Maxwell have been nabbed during a police raid at a famous ghetto along McRobert Street, in Bo.

The Five alleged hardcore criminals namely Didi Michael, Abu Bakarr Marrah, Alie Gbla, Prince Tawa and Mohamed Yarjah were arrested together with quantity of dried leaves suspected to be marijuana, Kush, 1 short Gun and 1 double barrel gun.

Assistant Inspector General of Police South, Sahr Edward Samadia said these raids are consistent with his desire to ensure calm ahead of the festive season.

AIG Samadia said the alleged hardcore criminals were arrested at a place identified as a haven for thieves in Bo.

In another engagement, Mohamed Kanu, a local gun manufacturer along Mattru Road in Bo has been arrested together with 7 short guns and a clock 17 pistol. They are all in police net. Illegal possession of arms and drugs is an offence contrary to law.
