The Speaker of Parliament, Abass Bundu has made a promise to punish members of parliament who are not punctual for parliamentary sittings.
The Head of Parliament expresses his frustration about members who have proved to remain adamant to his several admonitions to be punctual.

Speaker Bundu pointed out that the attitude of the  parliamentary members must model role in the society.

He promised to give unpunctual parliamentarians “a special medal for lateness” while commending those House Members that are punctual and always on time for the past four years and pledged to give them medals as rewards.
