A 62-year-old man named Ibrahim Sow who hails from Tinkonkor Village, Kangama Ngorama Chiefdom Kono District allegedly got missing at 16:23 hours on Wednesday 15th February 2023 as reported.
Paramount Chief Sahr Cyrus Konobundor of Kangama Town, Gorama Kono Chiefdom, Kono District, reported that on the aforementioned date at Tikonkor Village, one of his subjects Ibrahim Sow who hails from the village left home at about 0600 hours for Kangama Gorama Town for prayers and has since not returned.
The Sierra Leone Police on receipt of the report dispatched a team of detectives headed by the Local Unit Commander CSP Junusa Ben Mohamed and the Complainant party, on board SLP 226 left for Tikonkor Village where youths are currently searching surrounding bushes for information about the missing person.
It was reported that four people, including Yei Alieu, wife of the victim, have been contemporaneously interviewed to solicit information for helpful investigation on the case.
