The High Court of Sierra Leone on Thursday 23 March 2023 inspected the $4.9 Millon dollars Sierra Leone Chancery Building in New York.

The purpose of the inspection by the court is to get a firsthand account of the dilapidated building in the Anti-Corruption Commission(ACC) case between the State Vs Saidu Nallo, Foday Vahfomba Bawoh, Adikali Foday Suma, Dr. Samura Kamara, Kandeh F.B. Kamara, and Jules Sanders Davis.

It could be recalled that, in the last ruling of Justice Fisher on the ongoing Sierra Leone Chancery trial, it was ordered that for the court to give a proper verdict on the case, there should be “locusts in co”. Where the court will move to the United States and get first-hand information and physically access the Chancery building.

It is on that note that Dr. Samura Kamara and a team of his lawyers together with the High court Judge Adrian Fisher and members of the prosecution team including the ACC Commissioner Francis Ben Kaifala are in the USA to Inspect the said Building.
