Former Leone Stars coach Amidu Karim has tied the knot, celebrating this significant life event while reflecting on his journey in football.
Karim, who led the Leone Stars for one year, was joined at the wedding by prominent footballers and well-wishers, including former Sierra Leonean players.
Karim was initially contracted to guide the national team through both the Africa Cup of Nations and FIFA World Cup qualifiers.
However, his contract was abruptly terminated after the National Sports Authority (NSA) informed the Sierra Leone Football Association (SLFA) that they could no longer fund his salary.

In response to the termination, Karim confirmed that he had received his termination letter and was assured that he would be paid his outstanding salary arrears.
