Winner of Big sister salone season 3 Joyce Grace Turner, has kicked off activities of her foundation called Grace Welfare Foundation Sierra leone with a skills training workshop for 25 Teenage Mothers at Texaco Community, Freetown Sierra Leone.

The training focused on Makeup and Gara Tie Dying as a revenue source for these women

Joyce Josephine Turner is currently the 2021 Big Sister Besties Season 3 Winner, she doubles as a model, an entrepreneur, and as the face and brand ambassador for Orange Telecommunications Network with special hobbies like singing and dancing.
