President Bio Arrives in Accra for High-Level Africa Roundtable
Sia Lucy Kannah Sierra Leone’s President Julius Maada Bio, accompanied by First Lady Fatima Bio, has arrived in Accra, Ghana, to attend the Elevate Africa Presidential Roundtable Annual Convening.
President Bio, who is the special guest at this year’s event, is expected to deliver the keynote address under the theme “Africa: Defining Her Future.”
The convening brings together African leaders, policymakers and other stakeholders to discuss the continent’s development priorities, economic independence and sustainable growth.
Upon their arrival, the President and First Lady received an official welcome. The multi-day gathering is expected to provide a platform for discussions on regional integration, economic development and collaborative governance across Africa.
