Over two hundred (200) blind and disabled people have benefitted from donations from the Realsalonean Children’s Foundation in the country.

The donation was given to disabled and vulnerable people around the cotton tree exist (Freetown’s Central).

Items donated were assorted food items like rice, onions, spices to name a few worth millions of leones.

Presenting the gift they said people living with disabilities deserved to be loved and cared for as they were important to society.

“People with disabilities are very important in society. They should be given the love and care they deserved.”

They also added that they were happy to offer their own little support to the targeted beneficiaries.

“We are glad in giving them this support especially in a difficult period like now when the Covid19 pandemic is affecting the world.”

The beneficiaries in turn expressed their appreciation to the Foundation for the donation.

They said such donation to them is not only important but a very timely intervention in sustaining their livelihood, and especially when most of them would be observing the Eid-ul-Adha holiday.

They assured the organization that they will use these items to support their families.
