Let Us Build a Stronger Salone – VP Juldeh Jalloh Urges National Unity in New Year Address
Sahid Bangura The Vice President of Sierra Leone, Dr. Mohamed Juldeh Jalloh, has extended heartfelt New Year’s wishes to all citizens of Sierra Leone, both at home and abroad, calling for renewed commitment to unity, hard work, and national progress in the year ahead.
In his New Year message, Vice President Jalloh urged Sierra Leoneans to focus on building a stronger nation in 2026, emphasizing the importance of fostering unity and creating opportunities for every citizen to reach their full potential.
“As we start the New Year, let us renew our commitment to unity, hard work, and national progress. This 2026, let us continue to build a Salone where every Sierra Leonean has the opportunity to reach their full potential,” said Jalloh in his statement.
He further conveyed warm wishes to all Sierra Leoneans, both in the country and the diaspora, adding, “From my family to yours, I wish every citizen at home and in the diaspora a happy, healthy, and prosperous New Year.”
The Vice President’s message was shared with the public on January 1, 2026, as a call for solidarity and continued national growth as the country enters the new year.
