The Connaught Hospital Management Team and staff officially opened the newly rehabilitated Patient Registration Post, following the completion of improvement works aimed at strengthening patient experience and service delivery.
The Patient Registration Post serves as one of the hospital’s most important service points and is the first port of call for many patients entering the healthcare system. Its role is critical in ensuring an organized, efficient and welcoming beginning to every patient’s journey.
With the support, directives and supervision of the Ministry of Health leadership, the space has been transformed into a clean, modern and more suitable environment for both patients and healthcare workers.
The rehabilitation goes beyond improving the physical appearance of the facility. It reflects Connaught Hospital’s continued commitment to improving service delivery, strengthening patient-centred care and creating a better experience for everyone who accesses its services.
