Sierra Leone’s Outstanding and experienced Legal Practitioner, Madam Eddinia Michaela Swallow has been re elected by the Sierra Leone Bar Association to serve another two years as president of the Association.

Madam Swallow is an experienced Legal Practitioner with LLM in International Commercial and Business Law with Distinction obtained from the University of East Anglia and a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Sierra Leone, Fourah Bay College.

She is an outstanding legal personnel with demonstrated history of successful litigation, working in the Petroleum, Banking and Financial Services sector. She is Skilled in Negotiation, Litigation, Contract Drafting and Review, Mergers, Government Policies, Sierra Leone Labour Laws, Analytical Skills and Arbitration.

She has served as President of the Bar Association for the past two years, has served as Senior Legal Counsel at Petroleum Directorate Sierra Leone for over two years and is also the owner of the Swallow Law Practice Firm from which she has served as Head of Chambers for almost three years now.

Madam Eddinia Michaela Swallow is known for her vast knowledge and experienced in the Sierra Leone Judiciary System.
