The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has announced an exciting milestone with the upcoming unveiling of their new brand kit and strategic plan, charting a transformative course for the next seven years (2024-30).

This revelation comes on the heels of the completion of an ambitious strategic plan, a first-of-its-kind initiative led exclusively by the agency’s staff. The comprehensive strategy outlines key areas for evolution and shifts to propel growth and performance in the environmental sector over the next seven years.

Highlighting the significance of the rebranding, EPA emphasizes the aim to reposition the agency within the government of Sierra Leone and enhance its appeal to businesses and the public. They clarify that the transformation isn’t about discarding the old playbook but rather refining the existing brand into a new form that seamlessly integrates the mission, vision, and values, creating a distinctive identity. “The revamped logo, updated website, adjusted promotional materials, and other changes are all part of the #EPATransformationStrategy to achieve repositioning objectives and resonate with current and future partners and clients”.

The formal unveiling ceremony for both the brand kit and new strategy is scheduled for January 31, 2024, promising a fresh chapter in the EPA’s commitment to environmental excellence and sustainability.
