The Ernest Bai Koroma University of Science and Technology has, in a public notice, called on graduates to visit the University’s Secretariat in the northern town of Magburaka to collect their certificates.
The university has announced that the certificates are ready for collection and has outlined the criteria that must be met before collection.
“Dear Graduates, we are pleased to inform you that your academic certificates are now ready for collection,” the public notice from the university reads.
According to the notice, the university asked graduands to take note of the following instructions:
Collection Period:
Mondays to Thursdays: 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Fridays: 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Venue: Ernest Bai Koroma University of Science and Technology Secretariat, Magburaka, Kono Highway.
Required Procedure for Collection:
- Ensure that all outstanding fees are cleared at your respective campuses through the Finance office before coming to the Secretariat for certificate collection.

Please bring along a valid form of identification.

Certificates will not be issued in absentia.
If there are any questions or concerns, the graduates are advised not to hesitate to contact the Registrar’s Office.
