European Union Supports The Construction of 100km Road Between Sierra Leone And Liberia
Mohamed Aruna The European Union has funded the construction of 100km road and 3 major bridges between Sierra Leone and Liberia.
The construction spanned from the Bandajuma a town in Sierra Leone to the Liberian border.
The construction according to sources may help in promoting a safe passage for the two countries as the citizens of both countries may now have an easy access for goods and other forms of travelling using the road.
The EU has been on record for supporting Sierra Leone’s infrastructural developmental strives over the years and they promised to live with that trajectory to making sure that, the developments and not only given but are maintained for their sustainability.
The support was also linked with sponsoring Sierra Leone’s infrastructural development for global gate way regional integration and socio-economic benefits for all.
