Ferry M.V Mumzuk Safely Redirected After Drifting Off Course
Deborah Sorie The ferry M.V Mumzuk, en route from Targrin in Lungi to Kissy in Freetown, unexpectedly drifted towards the Queen Elizabeth Port (Watakey) during its journey.
Despite the deviation, the M.V Mumzuk landed safely and has since resumed its regular route from Targrin to the Kissy Ferry Terminal.
Authorities have confirmed that the situation was managed effectively, ensuring the safety of all passengers and crew on board.

I have been at the ferry during the drifting, I could get some information about the case , the problem was technical issue ( steering pump belt ) and while they try to fix the issue they bring and load more fuel in case we stay more time to fix issue .
The crow calmed down the passengers and fixed the issue professionally.
We have missed some important appointments but we understand that this type of technical issue may happen anytime.
