IMC Issues Notification to Revoke Justice Radio’s License
Morlai Ibrahim Kamara The Independent Media Commission has written a letter of Notification to cancel the License of Justice Radio.
The decision came from their Board meeting which they held on 26th July 2023 where they resolved to serve Justice Radio FM a notification of intention to cancel the broadcast License of the Radio according to Section 14 and 16 of the IMC ACT 2020. The commission also claim violations of terms and conditions and persistent contravention of the IMC Media Regulations base on their findings.
Below are are the major reasons for the IMC actions against Justice FM
Failure to comply with the suspension order imposed on the radio on the 27th June 2023
Failure to comply with the commission’s ruling of 13th June 2023, 24 May 2022 and 26th October 2022
Failure to comply with the suspension of the Justice Show and all live-phone in programs as contained in the Commission’s ruling of 4th May 2022.
Failure to retract slanderous statements against institutions, Media Houses and personalities as contained in the Commission’s ruling Of 4th May 2022.

If you guys are serious in cancelling justice radio, I can say thank you for your hard work done. But don’t forget to cancel the other radio stations that passes on insults and messages that can cause mayhem in the country.
