Right to Access Information Calls on Public Authorities to Complete Their Annual Compliance Report

The Right To Access Information Commission has called on all public authorities that are yet to complete their proactive disclosure of information public schemes to do so and also complete their annual compliance report templates for the year ending 2022, and submit to the commission by the deadline of 21^st February, 2023.

The Commission made this call in a press release dated 2 February 2023, drawing the attention of all public authorities to a letter issued on 31st January, 2023.

The Commission also informed all Ministries Departments and Agencies that in as much as some public authorities have complied with the said obligations, there are still others which have still not fulfilled their obligation.
