Veteran journalist Idrissa Salam Conteh, popularly known as Atomic Pen, has released photographs of two Italian men who are allegedly at the centre of a fraud investigation involving Admire Bio.
According to Conteh, the two Italians are business partners of Admire Bio and have provided evidence to support their claims.
“The two men, according to sources, are Admire Bio’s business partners,” Conteh stated.
Conteh further disclosed that the Italians have submitted receipts showing bank transactions made to Admire Bio as part of their business dealings.
“All payments are properly documented through bank transfers, which Admire Bio cannot deny,” the veteran journalist said.
Reports of Admire Bio’s detention at the Criminal Investigations Department (CID) of the Sierra Leone Police first emerged late last week. She is alleged to be under investigation in connection with a suspected gold scam involving Italian investors.
Meanwhile, observers have noted that Admire Bio’s social media platforms have remained inactive since news of the alleged investigation and detention surfaced.
The Sierra Leone Police have yet to issue an official statement on the matter, while details of the investigation remain limited.
