Sick Kamarainba Sent Back to Prison as Judge Fails to Appear For Trial
Deborah Sorie The presiding Judge, Justice Samuel O. Taylor couldn’t sit on Mohamed Kamarainba Mansaray’s matter scheduled for today, Thursday 5th August 2021.
It was reported that the Judge has a training to attend and thus couldn’t sit the matter today.
It would be recalled that the Kamarainba Mansaray matter was scheduled for July 27th 2021. Apparently on that date, the court did not sit due to the death of the State Prosecutor Umu Sumaray’s father – thus the matter was adjourned for today Thursday 5th August 2021.
Same old same old on every scheduled court date as the sick Mohamed Kamarainba Mansaray sent back to Prison.
The matter adjourned again to next week Tuesday 10th August 2021.
It will be better if people respect their job. How can the judge go for training and not attend a sitting he is supposed to. It better they try and reach final conclusion and stop putting the state on suspense. The people demand justice.
