Lawyers Request for Autopsy Results and Certificate of Death of Evangelist Samson
Ibrahim Hashim JFK & Partners, a leading law firm in Sierra Leone have today, Tuesday 18 October 2022, requested for a signed copy of the Autopsy Report and Certificate of Death of Hassan SAMSON Dumbuya aka Evangelist Samson, who was killed in an alleged exchange shootings with police officers in Makeni on Sunday 14th August 2022.
The request was made in letter written to Dr. Owizz Koroma at the Medical Examiners Office, Ministry of Health, Freetown.
The heading of the letter states that, “Request for Copy of Certificate and Findings of the Chief Medical Examiner In Respect Of-Hassan Samson Dumbuya (Evangelist Samson) Pursuant to Sections 15, 16 And 18(2)(A)(Ii) & (B) of the Medical Examiners Act, No.4 Of 2021).
