The Director General of the National Petroleum Regulatory Authority, Brima Baluwa Koroma, is set to officially commission a new retail outlet operated by NP (SL) Ltd along the Kissy Bye-Pass Road in Freetown.
The commissioning ceremony forms part of ongoing efforts aimed at strengthening access to petroleum products and improving service delivery within Sierra Leone’s energy sector.
According to information made available on the development, NP (SL) Ltd, regarded as one of the country’s leading petroleum marketing companies, continues to expand its operations across Sierra Leone through strategic investments designed to improve fuel distribution nationwide, including in communities considered difficult to access.

The newly constructed outlet, described as one of the most modern service stations within the Kissy community, is expected to improve efficiency, accessibility, and the quality of services provided to customers in the area.
The expansion notably reflects continued investment in the country’s downstream petroleum sector and demonstrates efforts by key industry players to support reliable fuel supply and improved customer experience.

Officials are expected to use the commissioning event to highlight the importance of expanding petroleum infrastructure as part of broader efforts to enhance energy access and strengthen service delivery across the country.
