Hardworking Sierra Leone police officer David Sylver Kendema has been awarded the ideal Officer in Egypt. Kendema was sent to represent Sierra Leone in Egypt in a course known as “Explosive Ordinance Disposal and Post Blast”

As a result of his intelligence, brilliance and execution of mind bugling tasks, he was single out as the most outstanding officer out of 22 African Countries representatives

 

Many Sierra Leoneans are extending congratulations to the constable Officer for making Sierra Leone proud.

Egyptian Police Academy said its research center has organized 320 training courses for African security cadres, noting that 9,256 trainees have benefited from the courses, representing 29 African countries.

The training courses specialized in countering illegal immigration, human trafficking, securing borders and crossings, detecting explosives and combating terrorism, a statement read.

The African cadres have extended thanks to the Egyptian state for the cooperation and good reception they received in Egypt.

“I think that what we have learned here will help us go forward toward combating crime in our country. Long Live Egypt and Long Live Africa,” a trainee said.
