The Management of RFM is disappointed to have come across the judgment that was delivered by Justice Adrian Fisher against our CEO Alhaji Amadu aka King Boss La making the rounds on social media. Those that are not concerned with the case are now in possession of the Judgement. The Judiciary of Sierra Leone has not made available the judgment to the defense Lawyers of LAJ but yet still the judgment is in the public domain. Such an act is unprofessional and uncalled for.
However, the information posted on the Twitter page of the Judiciary of Sierra Leone that LAJ admitted committing a crime because of his abnormal behavior is not true. During the pled mitigation in court this past Friday, he openly said that he is not a thief as he is a giver and he has never taken what doesn’t belong to him and he was at the wrong place at the wrong time.
